At this point you should break up with her if she doesn't stop. If your girlfriend STILL isn't telling you about this stuff and is continuing to date other people, then it should be sign of her not being worth your time at this point. I know it will be rough process to go through, but you shouldn't have to deal with this constant stress if she keeps doing this. We are all here for you.
